I have been advised by legal team to add the following disclaimers.

1 This report is NOT a personal attack on Koen Jacobs, I would like to believe he started the project with good intentions, but, unfortunately I think greed may have taken over at some point.

2 This report has not been done as I am bitter or annoyed at being suspended at several sites because of the fuss I have been creating over the last few months trying to get them to understand things, however, no matter how hard I have tried, they just dont see it, maybe now they will.

They can and should delete my accounts and ALL data associated with my accounts at their sites immediately, I have no issue if they follow the law, but, as they cannot even follow their own sites terms, well, that says it all really doesn't it.

This report has been done to try and inform people of the situation and keep them safe and if it helps just 1 person not to lose money, then it has done it job.

How this page and warning came about.

8 or 9 months ago, a new traffic exchange was launched. As I have been in the traffic exchange business for 25 years and at the time had several websites of my own, I was always looking for new advertising sources. The site got added to the Food Game system, so, I went to have a look.

From the start, something did not feel right, but, I joined it anyway with intent on taking a closer look when I had more time, it then became forgotten about. Several months passed, more personal illness for me, and I gave my whole online empire away so I could mainly focus on my health issues which were spiraling out of control. However, within a few weeks, boredom was starting to set in.

I have also spent the last 13 years learning about crypto, taken some big big losses along the way but also made some massive gains. I decided thats where my focus should be for a while and let's see if my learning was worth all the time and effort.

After a month or 2 of dabbling with my crypto portfolios, of which I had built up over the years to be worth tens of thousands of $ in assets, I remembered, ooh, let's look at what that CMTE thing is about more...

I spent a couple of weeks, slowly looking the site over, and well, some alarm bells were ringing, but, nothing for me to panic on yet, I was also earning the coin surfing at the site and surfing the other sites that were hosting it at that time. Payments from the CMTE claims / prize pages were being made into my crypto wallet.

I got talking to one of the TE owners involved in it, they knew of my situation and that I had nothing really that I was currently working on, they approached me to become project manager for CMTE. I said I would have to think about it and see if I wanted the hassle.

A few days passed with more conversations, she then offered me 1 Million CMTE as a bribe to get involved, even though she will deny it was a bribe, in a court of law, it was a BRIBE.

I declined the bribe and said if I was going to take on a role it would not be to take her money. So, I got involved, we started building a site, I put both time and money into the project. In the meantime I had been speaking to one of the others involved who had built a trading platform for it. I had made several suggestions to improve his site...

The poor guy was frustrated to hell though, he had knowledge in the crypto field and was frustrated that the owner of CMTE, Koen Jacobs had done nothing to actually promote the coin himself in the crypto field and was relying on everyone else doing it for him, so, hence the SHILL.

We were chatting in a group chat, me, the TE owner who was heavily involved and the exchange owner, who, out of nowhere says that he is going to start manipulating the books to make his exchange look better. I went ape, that's fraud, from then things went downhill fast and the deal and my involvement in it in any way was over or so they thought...

But, the story is not over by a long shot, firstly though I need to do some explaining...

It all starts with a lie, This has never been done before, well, excuse me, but I know for sure of at least 2 others, very similar setups, even Klara who owns Hungryforhits and The Food Game had her own coin / token a few years ago. Then another, which was called JseCoin. But, I would quite happily bet that if I went looking, I could find 10 or 20 others on various platforms which have all tried and the most crucial part is, FAILED for one reason or another.

Really, it WILL change the industry, such a bold claim, show me proof that it WILL change things. Oh wait, time machine is malfunctioning today I guess, so no proof!

So, Koen, the CMTE owner, apparently has 15 years of experience in the advertising / affiliate business, I suppose 1 minute per year for 15 years is still 15 years, but, well, what knowledge he must have gained to have produced such amazing stats and followers.

10 months on since the coin launched, 397 holders with coins in their wallets, I have 2, all the other site owners involved, 6 of them will each have 2, Koen has at least 10 or 20 himself. I would guess that out of those 397, less than 300 unique people holding CMTE in wallets. So, 15 years in this industry, really ?

What makes this whole situation even worse, is that the CMTE site when it first launched was completely different, that failed, so, he came up with another way to sucker in people / shill them into promoting it for him.

This link below is to way back machine, you can see lots of sites used to look at previous times in history, you will see it first started with a members area and rewarded like a PTP system for promoting the site, so, again, 15 years in the industry and he did not know it would not work or would not be cheated to hell. Too many questions as to if it was 10 seconds a year for 15 years, because obviously he never learned a lot... Let alone the issue of stating what can be earned, when, in fact, it cannot, but we will cross that bridge again further down.

Another serious issue which does not get disclosed.

They claim that the coin is free to collect, and well, it is, but, what they do not disclose to you is that in order to do anything with the useless coin, you need to fund another coin first so that you can sell the CMTE that you have collected for free, so, its not exactly free after all, is it ?

Free should be free, no strings attached, except this is free but you have to fund another system so that you can use the free coins, which, in turn, makes it NOT free. Yet, your not told this until you have started collecting or go to do something with the coin.

Which then causes another issue, I know of one person who has amassed over 1 million CMTE in his personal account from just collecting, whats going to happen when he makes the decision to sell the coin, well, the system will be flooded, the value will very likely decrease, and unless some other sucker comes along to buy the coin, the system will just repeat as more and more who have been collecting decide to sell up.

The company has been notified to read this whole report. I am sure they do not want to be associated with this Scam Sham Shill coin.

Lets backtrack a little for the bigger picture.

So, a few months in after the launch and things not really going to plan, the so called air drop to get other owners involved was a bit of a flop, not that it was an airdrop in the first place, more like bribes to get some peoples brains thinking ooh, money, I cannot resist the urge of making millions.

Anyway, another owners wants to get involved but is declined for the freebies, so, he goes his own way, spends well over $500 to buy some CMTE, some for himself, some to give away as a bonus at his sites. Suddenly, not long after, Koen announces he is taking a back seat, his wifes family have put some money into him starting a cold meats business. Yeah, right, family's money, funny that this happened not long after suckering another TE owner out of over $500 isn't it ?

So, lets take a back seat and let everyone else build my online scam sham shill coin for me, and then let them all take the rap when all the truth comes out. I will just escape to another island and vanish with the millions all those suckers are going to make for me.

It is illegal in most established country's to claim that a coin will rise in value.

It is also illegal to not put disclaimers that your money may be at risk, yet, no where to be found on the site at all, I wonder why.

So, the site has not long launched, yet, it had a market cap of $118,200, how, from where, no buyers, do you even know what market cap means, why is it grayed out and hardly readable. Could it be a trick, some more misleading deception.

How misleading, its set to become, wow, those magic balls to see into the future must be amazing. The coin is NOT projected to go anywhere, it could flop and become completely worthless at any moment, to be completely zero value.

In the last cpl of months, 3 of the site owners involved in promoting this Scam Sham Shill coin have all suspended my accounts at their sites.

I have been accused of zero handedly deflating the value of the coin by selling my coins cheap. THEY ARE MY COINS. I will give them away if I wish to do so. I have broken no laws, however, well.

How did I exactly break your sites terms legal agreement to deserve being suspended and now that I am suspended I cannot delete my account, nor delete all my data from your site, yet, I am the one breaking some rules, go figure. Karma sucks, how many people are now going to avoid spending money or upgrade at your site, as after all, you could suspend them for doing nothing wrong at your sites for any reason whatsoever whether its in your terms or not, because obviously they mean nothing the same as laws.

Maybe Koen thinks he is safe, after all, he is out in lets say the Philippines, and well, they may be tough with some laws, but others, they lack behind the rest of the world.

My PI Private investigator also made some reports which I found quite interesting, plenty of islands to run off to and hide at near the Philippines, whilst other people take the wrap for his scam sham shill.

I have all that I need to defend myself in a court of law if I am required to do so, Do YOU ?

Not all of my findings are in this report, I also have a lot lot more but have been advised by legal team not to disclose it unless required to do so in a court of law and yet another legal crypto case which I am so not looking forward to. Not because I have done wrong, but because they take time and money to deal with the court systems especially when it involves other countries laws as well.
